A team is like an car. Every component on the car has a specific job. If the steering wheel tried to do the tire's job the car wouldn't roll too far.Teams work the same way. If everyone does there job and does it well, the team will succeed and win the game.
As a young boy, I had an upclose and personel look at a failing business that could have succeeded with a little team work. My father's business failed in the 80's whe he, alone, couldnt keep up with bigger companies turning out quicker jobs. My dad was under pressure, wouldn't compromise his quality and continued to go it alone.
Race 2 The Rapture will mentor these young people to work together to achieve the results and quality only a team can achieve. No one will go it alone. We are currently building this organization with strong mentors truly believe in our vision statement. It's God's will for us to teach young people about life through oval dirt track racing.
